The Space:

Relax with large sectional couch in the living room and enjoy a spacious kitchen with an island for cooking family style meals. Get a good night's rest in three bedrooms, one with a king and two bedrooms each with a queen. Two and a half bathrooms provide enough space for everyone to get ready for the day.



Plenty of storage space to unpack and feel at home during your stay!



A desk and office chair make a nice little workspace for sending off emails and keeping up with the office.



A beautiful backyard with a fire-pit, electric grill and hammock make it perfect for backyard BBQs.



A washer and dryer are both available.



Parking in the driveway for two cars and free street parking.



The Neighborhood:

The residential area is quiet with mountain views! There are parks nearby with playgrounds for children, walking trails, and frisbee golf. The neighborhood is a short drive to restaurants, museums, and hot air balloon rides.



The location is very close to Phoenix Children's Hospital.



Getting Around:

A car is needed for easy transportation. Uber and Lyft are available.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in time is at 4pm and Check-out time is 11am.



We kindly ask that you try to meet these as best as possible so our cleaning team has adequate time for our next reservation.



If whenever possible, we will try to accommodate any scheduling requests we can.
