Lovely, clean home in quiet area. Loved the open floor plan and the heated pool when stayed there late March 2026. The house has 2 full bathrooms with low step in showers. There is also a half bathroom off the living room.
Good communication prior to our arrival.
However, when we arrived, we noticed that the shower head in the master bath was not working. Took 4 days and help from Expedia. The property manager required multiple videos and texts to show that it was broken. It was only when we got Expedia involved that the Property Manager took action on the 3rd day but waited until the 4th day to finally replace the shower head.
We had to pay for our own propane tank refill (2 tanks on the property) for the gas firepit and grill. This is in the property listing, so be aware of this add on cost for this benefit.
We were originally billed $10 for a “missing” curtain tie. We had to submit evidence that it was never there to begin with to get refunded.
It is suggested that you take photos and videos of the condition of the house when you arrive.
For long term stays, be aware that there is no cleaning supplies other than paper towels and dish soap. And you are living out of your suitcase in the master bedroom. There are no shelves, or storage area for your things.
Other two bedrooms have closets with one shelf inside the closet. There is an open shelving area in the hallway between the master and the smallest bedroom.
Many great shopping places near by.
