'The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. The bedroom is at ground level so where is a large bay window giving fresh air and natural light. 'Property is beautiful, and very spacious. Your own quite corner with visually stunning views down into the Santiam river. Inside and out was clean and plenty of opportunities for professional photos, which we used as our wedding reception venue.'
