'The shower had no water pressure. Asked to have room cleaned and it wasn’t on the first day there. Towels that we were given one was dirty with something brownish looking and another had a pubic hair on it. If I’m paying to stay in a hotel, with the prices the way they are, I believe that the room should be cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. Nice hotel, but needs to be maintained better. Little run down.'

'The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable.'

E dejo descansar nunca era un escándalo el día entero con la entradera y salidera y en verdad eso no me gustó. La habitación bonita claro que si, pero no podía dormir bien y pedí late Checkout de una hora y cuando lo iba a utilizar me me habían bloqueado la habitación y tocándome la puerta para irme'

'It was warm in the hall of the 4th floor, but the room was perfect. My husband enjoyed the pool too. We chose the hotel because we could easily walk to the Amphitheater.'

'Everyone was kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean, a/c worked wonderfully thank goodness considering the outdoor heat.lol. Didn't eat breakfast but greatly appreciated the all day coffee. The only thing that I'd recommend is a list of local restaurants and tourist attractions be put in the rooms for visitors who don't really have a plan to go by.'
