« Properly grounds and staff were beautiful. The only issue was the hot water it took a long time to get hot and it didn’t get very hot. The towels and bed linen were soft and comfortable for showering and sleeping. I was in a suite and I would stay again in that exact same room, »

« Amazing hotel »

« The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable. »

« Property and staff were great. The river walk live activities will keep you awake in the room until near 10pm when the sound ordinance kicks in. »

« We booked well in advance (1 month) for a baseball tournament. We reserved a double queen suite but were bumped from our reservation because a college team and families booked that same week. Understand that this college in question did not know if or where they would be playing until 4 days before our check in. We were bumped to follow them to have all the double queen suites. »

Probably could have just asked for more but if you book a room for 4 people, looks like they would have enough in the room for 4 people to take a shower. Not a big deal though. Shower was nice and big with good water pressure. Handle on bathroom door was loose and door was heavy(sliding door) making it hard to open or close »

« Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy - the AC unit as well as a couple other, unknown from where clanks. That was the only issue I had. »
