Please note that the basement, cleaning closet, second-floor primary bedroom closet, and two locked kitchen drawers are reserved for owner use and are not accessible to guests. All other guest areas of the home are yours to enjoy.

There are plenty of great restaurants and local spots throughout the surrounding neighborhood, while Center City attractions are easily accessible on foot or with a short ride.

Please note that all reservations require the primary guest to complete our rental agreement and identity verification through our secure third-party guest portal, SuiteOp.
As part of this process, the primary guest is required to upload a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.
This process must be completed prior to arrival in order to receive check-in information. By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to complete the required guest verification process.

Dogs are allowed at 50$ per dog, per night. No other pets are allowed.

House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
No lighting candles of any kind.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside, especially upstairs where there are carpets – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
No food scraps down the kitchen drain.
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.
Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
