'I usually have a great stay here but this time they seemed short staffed and had new employees that were clueless. If you needed help purchasing something from the store no one was there and no one could help. One employee was stocking the fridge and food right when you walked in and unaware people were waiting to check in. Very annoying.'

'Always clean, quiet and nice staff.'

'Prima hotel, schoon, nieuw, goed gelegen'

'Prima ontbijt. En leuk personeel'

'Schone nette kamer. Comfortabel bed. Personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Jammer dat er bij het ontbijt wegwerpbestek en kartonnen borden gebruikt wordt. Verder prima verblijf gehad.'

'Clean room'

'Enjoy this hotel a few times. Always a nice place to stay before a flight'

'everything was good'

'We booked 2 rooms for a 1-night stay here for our daughter’s birthday party. Our rooms were right next to each other and very clean, which we greatly appreciated! She and friends loved the pool (had amazing open hours compared to what we saw when shopping around) and the family suite was nice and spacious for all guests! Breakfast was so convenient. All the staff members we interacted with were helpful and friendly! Great central location to a lot of family-friendly activities as well! We will...

'I checked in and was told I no longer had a king bed due to issues with the rooms. I asked if I would still get my balcony and they said no. The staff did not offer anything that may have eased my experience. I had to ask if there was anything they could do for me and they waved my $20 dollar parking fee. I did not not receive anything remotely close to the room I had reserved and paid for prior to my arrival.'

'Geen ontbijt geboekt, $25 pp erg duur daardoor niet ontbeten 2 van de 3 receptionistes waren niet erg vriendelijk, alsof ze geen zin hadden ons te helpen'
