'Really good overnight experience. Staff were very nice! My kid said he had the best sleep ever.'

'The room was very dusty the air conditioner was filthy and did not work.'

'Trying to sit at the bar was a bad experience and the bar staff were rude after we asked to be served when we were their for a half hour and they were right in front of us for all that time. They were too busy and they would get to us. Really. So we walked out and bought a nice bottle of wine from LCBO and ordered in a Pizza'

'Very comfortable and clean hotel.'

'This hotel exceeded expectations! The price was excellent, and both the rooms and bathrooms were clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked. The pool was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of omelets, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, yogurt, and coffee. Parking was also convenient and plentiful. Overall, it was an excellent experience with great value for the price. I would absolutely stay here again...

'Great value for cost. Bed was comfortable. Unit was clean, smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Some dishes but some were missing. Kettles did not work. I have to say what gave it such a great rating was the helpful staff and it was so quiet as the traffic slowed right down overnight!'

'Great location in the heart of Stratford. Good sized room for 2 travelers. Room is updated and comfortable. Walls are very thin and can hear guests in adjoining rooms. The air conditioning is very loud and can sound like a vacuum off and on throughout the night.'

'De kamer was prachtig en schoon. Het personeel erg vriendelijk. Locatie was erg goed.

Hele nacht koud gehad in bed. Geprobeerd met onze jassen over ons en badhanddoeken warm te houden !!!! Volgende dag gelukkig een andere...

'Everything was good best hotel in Woodstock clean '

'Checkin proces without a physical reception is cumbersome and not clear. Many messages are to be interchanged and upon the notification that check-in authorization would be disclosed 48 hours in advance, only on the arrival day itself at 3 PM an email was sent. In addition, we have been charged twice for the parking lot, whereas it was made clear we brought one car while having booked two rooms.'
