'Checkin proces without a physical reception is cumbersome and not clear. Many messages are to be interchanged and upon the notification that check-in authorization would be disclosed 48 hours in advance, only on the arrival day itself at 3 PM an email was sent. In addition, we have been charged twice for the parking lot, whereas it was made clear we brought one car while having booked two rooms.'

'Centrally located. Skimpy breakfast. Only choices for lunch were paninis and a hamburger. After first night, housekeeping did not make up the room. No fresh towels and dirty coffee cups and glasses left. After I complained, towels, cups etc., fixed, but the bedcover was only tidied The bed underneath wasn’t made. More complaining. The second night, everything done properly.'

'what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.'
