'I booked this hotel for a business trip based upon the 3 star rating on hotels.com. Upon arrival, the check in was quick but found that i could have stayed the week for 199 instead of 350. The room was a disaster. The mirror had fallen, no toilet paper, no bottom sheet, no trash can. The room stunk and was in horrible repair. 'It isn't the Ritz, but, it IS clean, bug free, takes dogs, and has a continental breakfast. It also offers long-term accommodations. The Staff is phenomenal! VERY responsive. We were concerned about safety in the tub/shower and they immediately gave us a tub mat and came with a drill to install a grab bar for us. We stayed in Room 134. It is close to a busy road, but they have super insulated drapes that block that noise almost completely. They also have security cameras onsite. Their...

'this is listed as a ramada. turns out it is not. it is a run down old hotel. the guy at counter was not friendly & dressed poorly. walls in room had paint peeling off. entry door had damage. pool was broke down. obviously no maintenance is done on this propety. people on balcony smoking marijuana. overall not a good place to stay for travelers.'
