'I booked a single bed online and payment was allowed at check-out, so I took that. When I got there about an hour after check-in opened, he told me they had given the room out and my reservation was cancelled "because I hadn't paid". He had no other rooms and basically told me to go away. I stood and argued and eventually his wife came and they found a double room which I could use until a single one was ready. Later they said I may as well stay in it. It had wifi. The room was old and run down,...

'I’ve had a great stay'

'This hotel has all the basic essentials, including wifi, fridge and microwave (at the reception’s). They don’t serve breakfast but there is a coffee machine in the room and tea at the reception’s office. If needed there’s food and water for sale, of course you can always go to Target’s. The people are very kind. Room was clean. There’s soap and lotion available. There’s no noise from others. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat.'

'It was a great location to stay. Quit place, protected with a Venice, supermarket near and also several restaurants to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in a few minutes drive. Good distance from LA and more relaxing than to stay in LA. Welcome was very friendly and state of the apartment was very good. Very nice shower.'

'Love the evening reception and the breakfast was the largest spread of options I've ever seen. My kids loved the pool and laundry was very helpful! Staff was excellent! Disappointed most machines in the workout room were broken.'

'It's really clean. It has pretty much everything they can use to improvements on the sofa bed mattress, but overall everything was perfect'

'A little dated and rudimentary but great people working there. And location is close to Americana at Brand. '

'Een wat ouder hotel maar prima onderhouden. kamer zijn netjes maar wel erg klein. De koelkast op de kamer mag eigenlijk geen naam hebben, is heel erg klein maar functioneert wel goed. Personeel is erg beleeft en vriendelijk. De buurt is een beetje shabby maar heb me geen moment onveilig gevoeld'

'Vriendelijk personeel, kamers waren goed alleen ontbijt alles kartonnen bord en plastic bestek'

'Great place to stay. Five of us stayed in a room and it didn’t feel cramped at all. Staff is super sweet and helpful. The only part is parking may be limited if it’s a super busy weekend , they do have parking down a little alley and it doesn’t feel too'

'De accomodatie is op zich wel goed en compleet met zwembad. Alleen de ontbijt gelegenheid verdient deze naam eigenlijk niet.'

'Very chic and clean, the balcony is also very beautiful. The staff are very nice and helpful, only the gym is bit too small, and the shower temperature is not very stable.'

'Parking is a little far but it’s not to bad of a walk I loved staying there'

'Geen voorzieningen'

'Clean room, friendly staff, everything was fine nice and quiet place'
