'I want to thank again the senior couple I guess they are the owners of this property, they being excellent hosts, very welcoming and very nice and sweet with us! The room was cozy and very clean with a little balcony as well, 2 mins walking to a market, around 5 mins walking to the Perissa beach and the bus stop to Fira and other locations. Plenty of restaurants near the beach. Super safe and a very chill area to have a relaxin holiday.'

'Posizione ottima, a 3 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il lungomare di Perissa, zona tranquilla e per niente rumorosa. Letto comodo, stanza pulitissima e ogni giorno asciugamani nuovi. L'unica pecca è la mancanza del vetro doccia che faceva bagnare tutto e la mancanza del porta doccino,ma sono due mancanze altamente sorvolabili. Staff famigliare e super cordiale. 'We had apleasant stay at Anny's studios. Friendly staff. The rooms are very basic and ready for some re-painting and re-furnishment. What really surprised us was that breakfast isn't included and what makes it worse is that the breakfast from the menu, is a rip-off (very expensive). As a consequence almost nobody has breakfast at Anny's studios. They all go to a restaurant nearby. A pity, improvement is easily possible. They did help us out with a transfer to/from the airport and were always...

'The staff Jacob and his wife were great hosts couldn't do enough to make the stay a great experience. The room was comfortable clean and tidy towels changed daily and sheets every other day. The bed was comfy and the fride and kettle and kitchenette were a god send. The balcony was nice bathroom ok needs updating the shower worked ok but was small area shower curtain kept sticking to the body. Otherwise a lovely room. The small pool was great and needed it as sometimes the beach was windy and...

'This little gem is perfectly located on Perissa Beach and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Staff are exceptional, friendly and take care of all your needs. The hotel is dated (bathrooms), but great nights sleep in comfortable beds, it all adds to the Greek rustic charm. Christina and her team really are so welcoming, this is our second stay and will be back again soon. '
