'The hotel was very nice, and the room was very beautiful with a heated pool. All staff were lovely and helpful.
However, the room wasn’t cleaned by house keeping, it was more of a tidy up. Which is nothing against the staff as I assume this is what they’re told to do. For a 5 star hotel at this price point, I would expect this. The breakfast was nice; but would like more variety. The same for lunch and dinner menu, it was nice but expensive for what it was. Especially with the surrounding area...

'This was our favourite hotel we stayed in during the trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views and amenities. We travelled with our almost 1 year old and staff were so friendly and accommodating to him. The breakfast was incredible. The staff was our favourite. The pool is beautiful and great temperature even in October! The views are unmatched though (we saw a beautiful sunset and sunrise). We were in walking distance of shops, busses, and restaurants. Staff went above...

'The entire stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were polite, informative and very helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable, offered multiple pillow options, and the private pool was well maintained. We visited PacMan. We enjoyed the beautiful views, great food and excellent service. I enjoyed a message treatment at the spa that was calm and relaxing. The property is very well maintained. My favorite part of the property was visiting the gardens where they grow many of the vegetables they...

'This hotel is very unique and beautiful. An old monastery full of character. Breakfasts were wonderful, staff friendly and helpful. Our only disappointment was the air conditioning/heating which was centrally controlled, leaving our room airless. The staff did help us resolve this with much kindness.'

'Amazing hotel, amazing staff. We loved the (heated) pool, water was perfect temperature for spring. It was perfect destination and hotel for a 3 days luxury getaway. We felt very spoilt. Breakfast was really nice too. We got an amazing upgrade which was lovely. Staff was delightful. Nothing but great things to say! '
