'We get an annual car service in Maroochydore, coming down the night before to be first off the blocks as we have a 2.5 hour drive back afterwards. 'The property is at a great location, only a short walk to the town shops. The room we stayed in was on the lower floor. We found it still had a great view and was very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was great. All condiments were in the room when we arrived and topped up when the room was serviced. The gas fireplace and the spa bath were also wonderful features. Great value for your money.'

'The kitchen was fully equipped apart from the coffee machine that was mentioned on their advert and very clean and roomy. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back again when in the area. Highly recommend. The only thing I would like to mention is in their maintenance inspection they omitted replacement of two downlight bulbs. One in the lounge over the lamp and in the bedroom on the window side. However this may been purely because they ran out of bulbs as they replaced three or four in the...
