« First time in area. Place was fully stocked, clean, and was great location to beaches grocery store and attractions. Host was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again! »

« The house had everything we needed! We truly enjoyed the little extras...the beach chairs and floats and bikes! We never waited longer than 10 minutes for the shuttle despite it being one of the busiest times of the year. The beds were extremely comfortable. The host is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. »

« This house was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of beds and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The location to walk to the beach access was not long and the beach was quiet! It was a great weekend!! »

« The location was fantastic as all we needed to do was walk off the back deck down the pathway and onto the beach. It was nice having private access to the beach because it made it a lot less crowded. Being located on the Florida side was also a plus as it wasn’t as busy to go grocery shopping and to drive around and see the sites. We didn’t expect the noise from the construction next-door as they’re building a massive multi family complex on the other side of the wall, however, that cannot be...

« Clean, spacious, contemporary in design, furnishings and amenities. 3foot pool in the deck overlooking the gulf was a huge hit with the littles! Proximity to the uncrowded beach the best part for adults. A bit pricey, but this is a new build. The master suite was awesome! Some of the 6 bedrooms lacked drawer space; one had no closet. Kitchen well furnished, except for kitchen towels. No door mats! The dryer didn’t dry well, most likely because of poor vent installation. Maintenance personnel...

« Beautiful place! Really enjoyed our stay! »

« The house was everything we wanted. The main living spaces were large and the bedrooms were nice. We ended up with 13 adults in the house. Nobody had problems with the beds. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and was large enough for what we needed. Everything we saw in the listing was true. The pool and hottub were great and the beach was a short walk from the house. We will stay here again »

« Although the view of the beach from the downstairs patio was obstructed by sand hills and weeds, we were easily able to walk over the hump and go straight to the water. The kids had a lot of fun. The house was spacious and clean. Wish we had more beach chairs and umbrellas, kid toys but we just went down to the store across the street to buy some, no biggie, just come prepared with those. I'd recommend this place because it was private, silent, and well-maintained property. I'd stay here again...

« This place was even better then i expected. I have no complaints. Pictures don't do it justice. It is very roomy. Beds are comfortable. Enjoyed my stay. »

« Stayed 5 days 07/28/25 to 08/02/25 Could not be happier with our stay at this condo and beach area. Condo was clean & comfortable, and had everything we needed. View from balcony was amazing. Beach and pool area were relaxing and not crowded. Definitely would stay here again, and highly recommend this condo. »

« It was amazing. We loved the beach and proximity to the waves. The views from the first and top floor were spectacular! And the house was well provisioned for a beach vacation. »

« Paradise Point was paradise! The home had more than enough room for our family. The pool area was the favorite of the entire family. The younger children were able to swim & watch TV while the adults enjoyed the relaxing hot tub. We played several games of beach pickleball, bags, & putt-putt golf. The view from the pool was amazing. We even had dolphins visit several times! Trips to the beach were just a short walk away and everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect for...
