« A few at the gate were rude and acted like asking questions were an inconvenience. Daughter arrived at the place prior to us and even though the check in said 5pm she went in with the access code and upon arrival we walked in. Literally, we were there 10 min. Nothing unloaded and as I was walking out was approached by the property manager that was very rude and stated check in is 5Pm and you need to get you group and leave. « The check-in process was very smooth, and the host was very communicative. We had an issue with the outdoor television on the first night, and the host was able to resolve the issue quickly. We really enjoyed the property. The outdoor area is the shining star for this property; the deck is wonderful with lots of places to sit, and the hot tub is so nice. The view is wonderful. « Beautiful house, enough room for everyone, closest beach access is through Flora-bama, you need to drive to any other public beach access. The street itself is quiet and gated. Only places within walking distance is Flora-bama, Old River Grill and the Yacht Club. Love the up and downstairs outside areas. »
