'The check-in process was very smooth, and the host was very communicative. We had an issue with the outdoor television on the first night, and the host was able to resolve the issue quickly. We really enjoyed the property. The outdoor area is the shining star for this property; the deck is wonderful with lots of places to sit, and the hot tub is so nice. The view is wonderful. 'We love the property! Just weren’t super crazy about the location'

'We love the location of the house and the neighborhood was really quiet. The house is very spacious and the bunk room on the 3rd floor would be perfect for kids. It could use a new mattress in the master and some blackout curtains. The street lights are very bright. Love that for security, not so much when sleeping. There wasn’t any toilet paper in 3 of the bathrooms when we arrived, but the owner was quick to respond and had some delivered within 30 mins. They even had some mini Krispy Kreme...

' The place was perfect, close to several stores - could actually walk to CVS and Publix if needed. Super dog friendly ( had toys and bed - that my dogs loved more than there own ). We were there for my son's band ( Jackson Hwy ) playing at the florida bama and the drive was only like 10 min which was perfect - a straight drive turn off road onto hwy and no more turns'

'Very last minute 1 nigh trip to Perdido. Management Co. was extremely easy to deal with and very good responsive communication. Property is part of a duplex with shared pool but never saw other tenants. Good value and location.'
