Small sloppily repaired patch on tub, one light bulb in bath room was out - very minor & we did not bother to report. Very convenient location, across highway from beach. Free breakfast 6 - 9 am eggs, cheese omelets,waffle makers, etc'

'It was great because it was right on the beach, but we didn't have a view of the gulf. It was strange with all communication coming via text -- no check-in at a desk. It was nice to get messages daily from what I called "the team" and I was able to ask any querstions. I just miss some face-to-face time. '

'The only problem we had was not receiving an email with how to check in and out and we did not have any door codes to enter the building. We had to call to get the information and it was very time consuming. The staff was friendly and did all they could to help us but I was not pleased with the everything we had to go through to get into our room. '

'We had a great weekend stay at this property! Checkin was seamless, property was clean, and access to the beach was phenomenal. Parking tag was a little difficult to locate as it was up in a cabinet, but after a quick search it was located. The only thing I will note is the door does not have the ability to stay open without being held, and is rather heavy and shuts very hard and fast. 'The condo was nice, clean and very plesant to stay in. with tat being said, we only have a few suggestions.. the couch needs upgraded, swags in the middle pretty bad. The frying pans need replaced, the teflon is peeling off badly. (pots were fine) The other thing is an easy fix. There was only 4 towels and 4 washcloths, 1 hand towel, for the 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. There should have been at least 6 or 8 towels and washcloths and 2 hand towels. No one wants to start doing laundry your first day...

'Easy to check in and out. Directions for check in and out were communicated well. Location was great. Tv was hard to operate. Lamps, tiles and bathroom needed major repair and updating. Towel racks on the balcony would have been a plus. Balcony was nice size though. Nice to have washed and dryer in unit but had to self clean it because it was very dirty. Could have used a better clean up before check in. '
