This recently built 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is located within the gated Lost Key Golf & Beach Resort community in Perdido Key. With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a spacious open living area, and a two-car tandem garage, there's plenty of room to settle in and enjoy your stay.

Best of all, your stay includes access to the amenities that make Lost Key such a great Gulf Coast destination—including the private beachfront Lost Key Beach Club, community resort-style pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and pickleball facilities, walking and biking areas, and seasonal shuttle service around the community.

THE SPACE

Our townhome is newer construction and has been newly furnished and equipped for vacation rentals. The main living level features an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room, giving everyone space to spend time together without feeling crowded.

After a day at the beach, kick back in the living room, stream a movie, make dinner at home, or plan the next day's adventures.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you'll need for your stay, including cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils and small appliances. Quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

Grab a quick breakfast before heading to the beach, pack lunches for the day, or stay in and make dinner when you've had enough sun. The open layout keeps the kitchen connected to the dining and living areas so everyone can still be part of the action.

LOST KEY BEACH CLUB

One of our favorite parts of staying at Lost Key is access to the private Lost Key Beach Club, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This is a short walk or a quick shuttle away.

The Beach Club offers private beach access along with a beachfront pool, restaurant and bar, restrooms, showers/changing facilities, and outdoor areas overlooking the Gulf.

Getting there is easy. Walk, bike, or take advantage of the community's seasonal complimentary shuttle service.

Spend the morning on the beach, grab lunch and a drink at the Beach Club, cool off in the pool, and head back to the townhouse when you're ready to relax.

MORE THAN JUST THE BEACH

Don't feel like heading to the Gulf? Lost Key offers plenty to do without leaving the community.

Guests have access to the community's resort-style swimming pool and hot tub, located a short walk from the townhome, along with the fitness center and tennis/pickleball facilities.

Lost Key is also home to an 18-hole Arnold Palmer-designed golf course. Golf is available separately and greens fees are not included with your stay.

The gated community includes sidewalks and paths that make it easy to get outside for a morning walk, jog, or bike ride.

EXPLORE PERDIDO KEY

Perdi-Don’t Worry Be Happy puts you close to some of the best beaches, restaurants and recreation along the Florida-Alabama Gulf Coast.

Spend your days exploring Johnson Beach and Gulf Islands National Seashore, Perdido Key State Park, Big Lagoon State Park, or the area's boating, fishing, kayaking and water-sports opportunities.

And when you're ready for food and entertainment, you're only a short drive from local restaurants and some of the area's best-known destinations.

The legendary Flora-Bama is just down the road, and Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are an easy drive for even more restaurants, shopping, entertainment and family activities.

Pensacola and Pensacola International Airport are also easily accessible, making Lost Key a convenient destination whether you're driving or flying in.

Guests have access to the entire townhome, garage, and eligible Lost Key community amenities during their stay.

Golf fees are not included with the rental.

Seasonal amenities, Beach Club operations, restaurant hours, shuttle schedules, and other community services are controlled by Lost Key and may vary during your stay.

Guests are expected to follow Lost Key community rules and observe posted quiet hours.

No smoking is permitted inside the home.
