Serenade Cove is nestled among tall white pines with beautiful year-round views of Fodderstack Mountain. There are three boating put-in locations for the French Broad River nearby. If you want to stay close to the house, the surrounding 22-acre property has walking trails and a small pond which provide a peaceful place to spend time within steps of your front door. The large covered deck offers ample room for entertainment and grilling. Relax with family and friends in the open living area with a gas fireplace, Smart TV (Amazon Firestick and BluRay player), wireless cable Internet and a Bluetooth speaker for your music. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the supplies you will need. Enjoy meals in the adjacent dining area. Both areas have great natural light. The primary bedroom is located downstairs and features a queen size canopy bed with a Tempurpedic mattress and flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick. The guest room is also located downstairs and features a queen size antique bed with a gel/memory foam mattress and an antique armoire. Upstairs, the loft area has two twin beds and a private half bath. The washer and dryer are located in a closet on the main level. There is a separate storage building with a lock to store your gear.
