'We loved our stay at Fern Hill Cabin. I loved the character of this home--the style, furniture, dishes, everything. It is in a truly beautiful area. We enjoyed a meal on the screened-in porch, surrounded by mountain nature. The host answered our questions very quickly, and went out of her way to help with anything we needed. We'd love to stay here again! We also enjoyed exploring the area. We had a fantastic pancake breakfast at Cedar Mountain Cafe, and we explored one of the waterfalls at Dupont...

'This place is super cute and exactly as advertised. Our little family had an excellent time. We used the spa facilities and bathhouse. All were clean and well maintained. We had a little trouble finding our cabin at first but other than that we were very happy with our choice.'

'The Firefly was a charming cozy stay. It had all the supplies we needed. It was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. Close to town but you felt like you were out in the woods. The record player was a fun vibe. The bikes were a bonus and the Ecusta Trail was super close. We enjoyed stopping off at Southern Streams coffee shop long the trail. We hiked in DuPont Forest to 3 separate waterfalls that were stunning. Our hosts checked in on us and maintained great communication. It was...

'A great place to stay! The best way to describe the cabin is ... quaint, relaxing, comfortable with a rustic ambiance. The location is quiet with great views of meadows and scenery. The porch swing and rocker on the back porch was a nice place to sit and read. There is good access to private hiking trails and convenient to Pisgah National Park trails and the Davidson River and other small rivers for fly fishing. We enjoyed all of the local fruit and vegetable stands and the small towns of Brevard...

'We had a great 1 night stay in the corn crib unit of this property. It was extremely peaceful. We only stayed 1 night and had to leave early in the morning to continue our travels but we wish we could have stayed longer. The sauna was a pleasant experience and the shower/bathroom building was the cleanest I had ever seen from a camping type set up. Would stay again and definitely recommend others stay.'

'There was no lake view. I guess because of the drought. The place was a lot smaller than I thought. Looked bigger online. Ants everywhere. Dining room table very sticky, washed it several times and still very sticky. But overall we had a nice stay. There were no mosquitoes bc there was no pond so we sat outside and enjoyed the weather for the most part.'

'Exactly as described. Quiet, serene. Would definitely come back.'

'Clean, comfortable cabin that was the perfect size for a couple. Very well appointed home in the forest, in close proximity to mountains and hiking.'
