'Perfect size house for our need. Slight problem with the noise from the recycling center near by. But in all a good place to stay. If we need to stay in the area again I will definitely book this place!'

'This place had a homey feel to it. The area is amazing for natural beauty. the night time sky is absolutely unreal. Check-in was easy. Kitchen was beautiful and spacious. Very nice. Would gladly stay there again.'

'Very clean property. It was pretty hot during our stay and the A/C worked well. All linens were provided. Very comfy for the two of us and our small dog. We made breakfast each morning with provided farm fresh eggs! Thank you. There was also water in fridge to get us started. The yard was well kept and had a nice view. Great place to star gaze by the fire and close to Kinzua and Chapman State Park for kayaking. '

'When we arrived at the house on 7/11/2025 night we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the house looked! It was clean and roomy. My great grand daughter was so excited because she could investigate everything. The air conditioner was on so the house was cool . Which was great. The one and only issue, was not having a good supply of bath towels, kitchen towelsAnd wash clothes. We found that you having work done throughout the house. It was great and we all had comfortable sleep...

'Really cool old house with a great property. We had everything we needed. To those who complained about it not being clean or whatever: it's a 100 year old house, not The W Hotel. Old houses have old floors, fixtures, etc. that might show some wear. Most call this 'character'. We dug it, and if you approach it from the right perspective, you will to :)'
