'The staff were fine. The cleanliness of the room was very lacking. There was a bag of garbage behind the nightstand between the beds and a dirty tissue under the headboard of one bed. There was mold in the refrigerator and food splatter in the microwave. There was a dirty spoon behind the dresser and the drawers had dead insects and oyster crackers. Bought and placed weatherstripping around the air conditioning to help with the draft. '

'Webb's was perfect for our stay with the dogs in the lake area. Conviently located with a great jacuzzi in the room and a fenced in patio that the dogs loved to sit on and people watch. As the manager said, we may not be a 5 star resort but we are friendly and make you feel at home!'

'When I went to check in there was no one there. I called and no one answered. By the time they had called me back I had already had to find another place to stay. Would not recommend to anyone.'

'The kitchen area needed a good cleaning! There were lots of maintenance issues; small things that needed done everywhere. Parking was great. Breakfast was small with few choices. Staff was friendly but not easy to find. We would not stay there again.'

'The hotel seems pretty new from first glance. Room is spacious. Bedding is pretty comfortable. TV is new, and there is a big couch and a sitting area by the window. Breakfast is more basic than Hampton of Holiday Inn Express. But my main issue was with their management. Even though I prepaid for my stay through Expedia, the hotel still wrongly charged me for the night (they turned my deposit into a charge!). I called the hotel repeatedly across 3 days in the AM and in the PM but no one ever...
