'The staff were fine. The cleanliness of the room was very lacking. There was a bag of garbage behind the nightstand between the beds and a dirty tissue under the headboard of one bed. There was mold in the refrigerator and food splatter in the microwave. There was a dirty spoon behind the dresser and the drawers had dead insects and oyster crackers. Bought and placed weatherstripping around the air conditioning to help with the draft. '

'This place used to be beautiful but sad to say it's not anymore it smells like mold the room smelled like an ashtray when it was a non smoking room. The TV remote didn't work and the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. Room was not clean trash all over behind the refrigerator. The blind fell and hit my grandson on the head.the pool was filthy . They had parakeet s in a cage by the check in and they had no food or water and filthy cage. People outside all night sitting in chair's...

'The kitchen area needed a good cleaning! There were lots of maintenance issues; small things that needed done everywhere. Parking was great. Breakfast was small with few choices. Staff was friendly but not easy to find. We would not stay there again.'

'The hotel seems pretty new from first glance. Room is spacious. Bedding is pretty comfortable. TV is new, and there is a big couch and a sitting area by the window. Breakfast is more basic than Hampton of Holiday Inn Express. But my main issue was with their management. Even though I prepaid for my stay through Expedia, the hotel still wrongly charged me for the night (they turned my deposit into a charge!). I called the hotel repeatedly across 3 days in the AM and in the PM but no one ever...

'WONDERFUL STAY, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND CLEAN ROOMS. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WITH OUR STAY, LOVED THE SPACIOUS LAYOUT OF THE ROOMS AND BATHROOM. ALL AMENITIES WERE INCLUDED WITH EXTRA PILLOWS AND BLANKETS. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE TOILET, IT'S NOT FOR ADULTS, WAY TOO SMALL. WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.'
