'The Happy Hen was the perfect spot for my wife and I and our two children, aged 10 and 6. Minutes away from the battlefield, with a very convenient Dollar General just down the road, the HH was cozy and delightful. We intend to stay again in the future.'

The large washer and dryer were really helpful as well. Our host was fantastic and responded quickly to any question we had. 'Communication is respectful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous. I’ve never seen such healthy gardens in my life; just the sight of them gave me positive energy. The home is clean and well equipped. Each room has its own air conditioner and sound machine which serves multiple people who have different preferences. We had a quiet and all around pleasant stay; and with an easy drive to wherever we want to go, I would definitely book again and for a longer time. '
