'The house was charming and quirky and filled with character. We all fell in love with it! The bedrooms were spacious and the living space was great. We loved that the dining table had room for all 8 of us. The grounds were beautiful and the kids loved catching fish, roasting marshmallows and playing on the swing. The location was so convenient but away from the crowds. The host responded to our questions and needs promptly. We had a great stay!'

'It is a beautiful house! It had everything my family and we needed. The kitchen is big perfect for large gatherings and cleaning is also made easier by the multiple sinks and 2 dish washers. Master bedroom is downstairs which was convenient. And each of my family members had their own bedroom with their own bathroom upstairs. 'We rented the property to visit family and the house was in a perfect location for us. From the moment we stepped in, it was a beautiful home! We walked into some freshly made cupcakes and a little message. It was very welcoming. There were enough beds to sleep 8 people comfortably and to my surprise, they had some toys in the living room! 'I stayed here for a weekend wedding with my husband, three kids, our dogs, my parents, my brother and his wife. The 9 of us were very comfortable! The house is beautiful, very clean and each couple and kid had a room to themselves! The kids LOVED that lol. Curt was very responsive to any requests or questions we had. The house had everything we needed and anything we may have forgotten to pack. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!'

'Our family had a lovely stay at the farmhouse! It is close enough to necessities (groceries, gas, dollar store, liquor store, fast food), but tucked away in nature. Some bees and newly spread manure kept us from spending extended periods outside at first, and even though it rained there was plenty of covered outdoor and indoor activities and spaces to congregate. The train goes by frequently but we got used to is. Overall lovely home and we absolutely will be back with friends!'

'Enjoyed our trip with our doggo. The downstairs rental had surprisingly large bedrooms and a very large bathroom, which was nice where we had little ones running around. It's a historic building so if you like the vintage charm and quirks, it's great and a great value. If you're accustomed to more polished accommodations, this may not be for you. the yard is huge and my kids had fun playing in the snow. Also, there are goats next door. Did I mention the goats?'

'This property was amazing! The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The house was clean and has lots of character. The only area that maybe needed a wipe down was the refrigerator as there were lots of crumbs and sticky spots. The upstairs shower curtain also seemed like it needed to be changed.
