'Overall clean hotel, staffs problem solving skills need brushing up on. Location is decent, but members are often not thanked for being a member or given a gift bag at check in.'

'Front Desk Staff - forget her name she was extremely friendly and helpful. We were here for a lacrosse game. Breafast was good. Fresh Crepe etc.. It is in a quiet place/area. Downtown Princeton was 15 minute drive. Room was clean. Staff very friendly.'

'Only thing good about the property is the Starbucks is next door & check in was fast. Start, we were checked in by Michelle. We got checked in early & Michelle made it seem like it was a favor she did for us even though the hotel was only at 25% if that. My kids went to ask about the pool & was told there was never a pool here. I was here April 2024 & was clean & had pool & microwave in room. We later found out it’s under new management NOT IHG anymore. They removed the pool & microwave due...

'Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable.'

'Location needs work and updating. The amount of people outside talking and making noise all night is crazy. This is not the place to grab a room for the night and expect to have a peaceful evening sleeping. Noise, Cars, Yelling never stops. The condition of the room leads me to believe the stays here are more for temporary housing and less of a hotel chain. Expedia needs to review this location on the site and correctly identify it to the parties using the website to make reservations.'

'The Graduate is a lovely hotel in Princeton with a great location and a very well property overall. Would absolutely stay again !'

'We ended up leaving after being there for 15 minutes. The room was filthy, tiny and smelled of mold with noticeable attempted mold clean up around the air conditioner.'

'No breakfast, no sugar for the coffee but two of the men behind the desk are very plump. I don't like being rude but places should be shut down when the people behind. The desk can't do something as simple as provide sugar for the coffee machine. Stay at The Quality Inn across the street. They have 24/7 coffe and tea. They also serve breakfast (no meat) but it's definitely options. There is NO BENEFIT staying here .....this is not a spam post. The quality inn is across the street and right next...
