'Everything was great!'

'Front Desk Staff - forget her name she was extremely friendly and helpful. We were here for a lacrosse game. Breafast was good. Fresh Crepe etc.. It is in a quiet place/area. Downtown Princeton was 15 minute drive. Room was clean. Staff very friendly.'

'I've stayed once before and it was much better as far as the cleanliness of the room. Before I would rate the room 10/10 and this stay it would be 4/10 (cleanliness). I'm not one to complain so I just went to the store and bought cleaning supplies, cleaned the room myself. Sad to say when we come back to town we will look for other accommodations because I love the area.'

'The Princeton Hyatt Regency is the ideal of hotels. It is well maintained, clean, quiet, comfortable beds and room layouts, and they have been very thoughtful of ways to improve the guest experience. There is a beautiful bar and restaurant area. The location is a bit secluded and one can take a lovely walk in the courtyard between the hotel and the other buildings in the complex). The indoor koi pond is also lovely. 10/10, no notes.'

'We ended up leaving after being there for 15 minutes. The room was filthy, tiny and smelled of mold with noticeable attempted mold clean up around the air conditioner.'

'Only thing good about the property is the Starbucks is next door & check in was fast. Start, we were checked in by Michelle. We got checked in early & Michelle made it seem like it was a favor she did for us even though the hotel was only at 25% if that. My kids went to ask about the pool & was told there was never a pool here. I was here April 2024 & was clean & had pool & microwave in room. We later found out it’s under new management NOT IHG anymore. They removed the pool & microwave due...

'Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable.'

'No breakfast, no sugar for the coffee but two of the men behind the desk are very plump. I don't like being rude but places should be shut down when the people behind. The desk can't do something as simple as provide sugar for the coffee machine. Stay at The Quality Inn across the street. They have 24/7 coffe and tea. They also serve breakfast (no meat) but it's definitely options. There is NO BENEFIT staying here .....this is not a spam post. The quality inn is across the street and right next...
