'Alas, this property has seen better days. It’s not horrible, or even unbearable, but bare bones. AC was adequate for sleep but not for siesta. Beach is not inviting. Nearby bars were ok for food. We left a day early. '

'The cabina had an extra extraordinary view. We loved that the bedrooms were closed off and did have air conditioning, but that the rest of the unit was completely open The house cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning every morning I had laundry done, and it was very reasonably priced and done very well The unit is within walking distance to almost everything but best of all the beach is right there!'

'Solid choice for stays in Drake. AC in rooms. Fairly simple clean rooms. Saw Capuchin monkeys and other animals in the early morning and evening from the terrace overlooking the forest. Up the hill from the bay near restaurants.'

'Positiv: Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Diego, sowie das gesamte Team sind sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Kommunikation per WhatsApp und persönlich Note sehr Gut. Das gesamte Anwesen liegt sehr ruhig auf einem „kleinen“ Berg und die Natur rundherum ist wunderbar. Das Comfort-Haus liegt komplett separat und mit Privatsphäre, mit eigener Zufahrt zum Hügel, mit Blick bis hin zum Golfo-Dulce. 'Fantasztikus családi vállalkozás! A hely egyszerűen hihetetlen. Távol a világ zajától az esőerdő mélyén. A háziasszony finom ételeket készít! Ő a lelke az egésznek. Mindenki felkészült a természet kincseiből, amiből van itt bőven! A túránk során , amit a férje vezetett, láttunk és fényképeztünk Tukánt, Spider monkeyt, és még egy másik fajtát is, és sok sok madarat. Éjszaka pedig békát és kígyót is! A fiaik nagyon nagyon lelkes természetbarátok. Életreszóló élmény volt az itt eltöltött pár nap!...

'We were prepared for no hot water, no AC, no cell service, but we were not prepared for the overall shady communication, vibes and charges. We booked this hotel to be close to Corcovado, and booked a tour with the hotel. When we asked for details, they said they said that the communication from Expedia was poor, and they only booked our snorkeling tour. We asked to cancel the snorkeling because the national park was our priority. She said they couldn't because they already bought the tickets....

'Great location, rooms were clean but small and old fashioned. Electric shower head with loose wires. Price compared to rest of Costa Rica overpriced. Location was great however, close to the beach and start of tours to Corcovado. We paid around 100 euros a night for a standard room. You have to take some stairs for some rooms up hill so keep that in mind. '

'We stayed 2 nights in Iguana Lodge, one before and one after our 3 day jungle trek through Corcovado NP. Perfect place to prepare and recover for a tough hike. Splendid contemporary rooms with ocean views, friendly staff and great food in the restaurant. Breakfast was a little basic. '
