'Excellent location at the airport. Good restaurant which good variety of food. Moreover, they make a mean pisco sour. Room was spacious Among the airport hotels in Santiago, this is your best choice. It is a bit more expensive but it is worth the extra money.'

'Alles was goed.

'Coming from the airport, we needed a convenient place to stay. The Ibis is right next to the bus station, so that worked our fine. However their promise for quick service didn't really work out, spent more than half an hour waiting to check in... Rooms are standard Ibis rooms. Safety is good. In all, it's an Ibis, you get just that, with slower service.'

'Ruime kamers. Modern. Comfortabel. Ideale ligging bij station, metro, terminal Alameda. '

'Great place to reconnect with your love one!'

'The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again.'

'The hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast was free for guest from 6 AM to 11 AM. However, parking garage smelled like a sewer and so did the elevator is coming up from the parking garage. Vincent was pretty helpful at the front desk. His other colleagues were not at times. When we asked for extra towels, they said they were only available after 9 AM to 5 PM. We were scolded that we left dirty towels in the hallway. Getting in and out of the parking garage was difficult, especially when we were...

'Oriana was extremely helpful, engaged and pleasant. Very comfortable and excellent location.'

'An ok one night stay to catch the next transport. '

'Beautiful house. Warm welcome! Very helpful'
