« I have never written this before but the pictures you see do not do this property justice. I just loved this apartment. It had all the essentials. Hoping to stay again in the future. Our favorite part was how close it was to the beautiful beach. »

« Lovely, well appointed, house. Slept 6 no problem. 2 in each bedroom and 1 on each sleeper couch. Every need anticipated by the host. Quick walk into Greenport. Beach just a few blocks down the street. We hope to stay again. »

« We had a wonderful stay in Greenport! The location was absolutely perfect, and one of the things we loved most was being able to walk to town and the beautiful harbor. Everything was so conveniently located, from the charming shops and wonderful restaurants to the lovely waterfront, making it easy to enjoy everything Greenport has to offer without needing to drive. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful Greenport getaway! »

« Beautiful spot right on the water. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the birds and waves.Listening to the water at night was also wonderful.Close to town and easy to get around.Highly recommend. »

« House has so much character, I rent 7-8 weeks per year and every home is different. This house is the most organized I have ever been in but also the most character.Every room brings you to different place, the furniture is beautiful. Home is spacious.Grounds are larger than most in the Hamptons. Pool is spectacular! »

« Property was neat and nicely appointed. Everything was as listed. Meg, the host, was very communicative and answered any questions I had promptly. The town of Greenport was within walking distance and many wineries a short drive away. We had a great stay. »

« What an amazing view!!!!! Great place to stay!!! Highly recommend the Black Swan home. »

« We enjoyed the location of the property, and the check-in process was easy and well-organized. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and nicely appointed. While the space has a lot of potential, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The sofa and upholstered chair were in need of a deep clean, and the sofa cushions had lost their support, making them uncomfortable to use. « The property was great for our Hamptons trip! Very clean and comfortable and communication was great »

« House was great! »

« Nice property with its of space. »

« House was extremely clean, well taken care of and was absolutely ready to go when we got there. Nice quiet neighborhood so don't plan on throwing any ragers here. Maybe only thing to be aware of is plan on getting ice in advance as no ice maker which isn't a surprise as they break constantly under use. A little on the pricy side but you get what you pay for and it's the Hamptons. Thanks for a pretty flawless stay. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish, with quick responses and clear instructions that made everything easy. We really enjoyed our time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend! »
