'Our family enjoyed our time at this wonderful property. The house is super clean, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are large, and the hosts provided everything we needed. The hosts communicated with us professionally and were prompt with responses. We will definitely stay there again!'

'Great location, Gorgeous View and Gracious hosts who go above and beyond. This was our first visit to Bentonville / Bella Vista and we loved everything we did. We'll definitely be back.'

'Close to downtown Roger’s. Lovely property. Would definitely stay there again.'

'Josh and Michelle are incredibly responsive with questions. The condo was clean and cozy. We enjoyed playing the games at night with our kids. The plans for our visit was mountain biking and paddle boarding. We ended up paddling on Little Sugar vs going to the lake. The proximity to the new Oz Bike Park was perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay.'

'This was the cleanest vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. It’s located in a nice, centralized neighborhood and has large bedrooms, a huge master bath & great water pressure. The mattresses are quite firm. Some of us loved them and some did not, so if that isn’t your preference, be warned. The host gave clear instructions, stayed in contact with us, and made the check-out procedure very simple (far less onerous than some of our past experiences). We would happily stay here again!'

'This was an excellent property for our family get away!! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!! The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. I had forgotten my Bluetooth speaker and they let me borrow theirs. The place was very clean. The balcony was a beautiful place to sit in the morning with the view of the lake and drink coffee. We will definitely stay again.'

'Such a great stay!!! First sell - dog friendly and a great outdoor space for ours to run around :) Second major sell - having full access to the garage for all our outdoor toys. Third sell - you could not beat the price for what all this house had to offer in terms of comfort, space, privacy, and supplies. And the location was perfect - out of town, but a quick drive to wherever you wanted to go. The house was clean, cozy, and homey! The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Back deck is a great...

'We enjoyed our time immensely. The property was fantastic, and its proximity to the trails was perfect. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for the opportunity to experience Bentonville in the best way possible.'

'Great property.'

'Address number wasn't listed on the mailbox or house, so it was hard to know if we were at the right place. The entrance was poorly lit, under a dark deck, with no house number. Couch was old and stained and creamer was curdled. On a positive note the rest of the place was clean and the streaming services were easily accessible.'
