Family Tides is waiting to host your family here in Litchfield. This newly decorated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is spacious for all family members, including a sleeper sofa! Located within the Litchfield Resort, you have access to beach parking, tennis/ pickleball courts, and a fishing pier. With the gate pass provided, you can drive with all your beach gear and park right at the beach access parking. Clean restrooms, rinse off showers and deck seating allows you the option to stay all day!
This condo has it all, from fully equipped kitchen with new appliances for meal prep, fresh linens for your stay, and a large screened in balcony with seating for all.
Washer & dryer in the unit allows guests to enjoy a longer vacation. Reserved garage parking for one vehicle but the outside lot has plenty of space for other vehicles. Across the lot is the pool area with kids playground, large pool, lazy river, hot tubs and a kids play pool area. *Pool/beach towels provided!
Restaurants and Starbucks on site! Live music and deck dining during the summer season. Grocery store, ice cream shops and other restaurants are close enough to bike or walk to. Make sure you take the time to see Historic Georgetown, Brookgreen Gardens, and for more family fun, Broadway at the Beach, located in Myrtle Beach!

*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
