Beautiful, comfortable beach house in a private gated community. It is a 15-minute walking distance to El Malecon de Patillas (Beach), where you can enjoy jet skiing, paddleboarding, live music, food, and drinks. It is excellent for nightlife, sunrise, and sunset. The house offers a quiet place for great short vacations or long stays. Upon your check-in, you will be provided with an electronic key that will provide you access to the community, the community pool, and the beach.
NOTE: We provide limited battery backup power during electrical outages to help you stay comfortable. During an outage, the lights throughout the house will remain on, and the refrigerator, ceiling fans, and TV will continue to function.
The house is completely furnished with full-size kitchen appliances, 3 bedrooms with A/C, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen-dining room, and a living room that can accommodate 7 people. The house is 5 minutes from El Bajo Beach and has plenty of local authentic Puerto Rican restaurants, so if you don’t feel like cooking, no problem.

For the first three days of your reservation, we offer limited quantities of basic items such as toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and shampoo. Unfortunately, we do not provide laundry soap. However, there is a store close by where you can purchase any additional items you may need. Additionally, there is a Walmart store on the way to the house if you need to stock up on supplies.
