The Lofts at The Market brings together six individually styled accommodations above Paso Market Walk in Paso Robles. With four studios, four separate bedrooms across two two-bedroom suites, and six full bathrooms, this combined booking accommodates up to 16 guests for a wine-country getaway, wedding weekend, or trip with friends and family.

Each space has its own personality, inspired by the plants and gardens around the property. Elderberry pairs deep blues and soft greys with a botanical accent wall, while Rosewood brings together cool blues, soft neutrals, and an airy studio layout. Tulip Tree adds a playful touch with its custom floral kitchen backsplash, and The Fig offers a relaxed palette of greys, blues, and warm neutrals. Agave welcomes natural light through an oversized skylight, while Oak takes its cue from the garden's old trees with warm tans and earthy browns.

The sleeping arrangements give your group a mix of open studios and separate bedrooms. Elderberry features a Super King bed, Rosewood has a queen, and Tulip Tree and The Fig each offer a California King. Agave includes two queen bedrooms, while Oak has one king bedroom and one queen bedroom. Each of the six accommodations has its own bathroom, making it easy for everyone to get ready before a day of tasting or an evening out.

Kitchen and kitchenette areas keep mornings and downtime simple, with microwaves, counter space, and dining areas for breakfast, snacks, or takeout from downstairs. Select units also include beverage or wine refrigerators and coffee setups. TVs, comfortable seating, and thoughtful design details create inviting places to unwind between outings. This is a collection of separate accommodations booked together, rather than one large, internally connected home.

Downstairs, Paso Market Walk puts restaurants, coffee, drinks, specialty vendors, and leafy garden spaces close at hand. Start the morning with a coffee, pick up something for lunch, or return for a relaxed dinner without planning another drive. Downtown City Park, Studios on the Park, and the shops and restaurants around the square are about a ten-minute walk along Spring Street. The Paso Robles Event Center, home of the California Mid-State Fair, is a similarly short stroll in the other direction.

Beyond downtown, spend the day exploring vineyard tasting rooms and scenic backroads, stop by Tin City for wine and artisan food, or make time for Sensorio and River Oaks Hot Springs. - The building has no elevator; upstairs accommodations require stair access.
- Restaurants and the active marketplace below may contribute to ambient noise, particularly in the evening.
- Kitchen facilities vary by unit. Rosewood has no oven or stove.
- Guest laundry access is not provided in Elderberry, Rosewood, or Tulip Tree.
- All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.

Parking Details
- No designated parking is provided.
- Free parking is available around the building and surrounding block, subject to availability.
- Additional spaces are located on the north and west sides, closer to the lofts.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
