« Wonderful home and great host! Very thorough instructions on everything. It was exactly as advertised. Sat out back and watched the beautiful sunrise with coffee every morning. Walked down the street to a great winery one day. Very comfortable with 5 adults and a baby for 4 days. We will look to stay there again if we are back in the area. »

« Enjoyed our stay at “Sip&Stay”. Clean and comfortable for us and our little dog. TV’s in the living room and the bedrooms, and great fenced backyard with nice grass for pup. Patio is cute too. Super close to many great wineries. The owner is great and responds quickly of questions. One bed did seem to be small for a queen size. Has a full-size stove/oven and dishwasher, washer n dryer. « Check-in was a breeze and got in two hrs early to accommodate some early arrivals in our group. Kitchen could have used a few more utensils and basics (no salt shaker/salt) Excellent WIFI and beds were comfortable AC /heat worked really well and they also let us have our dog stay for no extra chg. »

« Three nights in Kennewick with a variety of family members and we found the Goldmine to be the perfect size and location for everyone. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Beds are very comfortable. Spacious kitchen is as pictured. They took out the office and added a pool table.
