There is a new condo building going up in front of this one so the view was 75% obstructed and it was a little noisy. Very safe area and had no issues while on property. Restaurants within a 15-20 min drive, get your groceries before as the store next door is pricey. Would book again :) '

'We stayed in this condo for 4 weeks in January and February. Our host, Richard Clark was extremely helpful in getting the reservation made, as well as answering any questions we had before arrival. He checked in with us after we arrived too. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautifully remodeled kitchen and baths. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Costa Rican Dream Makers are the property managers for the condo. They helped us set up...

'Location, Location, Location What a great private property with resort amenities. No need to pay expensive prices for drinks and beers, just have a small cooler and set chairs outside the pool fence and fill your own cups. The food is reasonably priced and surprisingly good. This condo has a complete kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view. I will rent again when in Jaco'

'We really enjoyed our stay, if you use the pool you will get to see iguanas, hummingbirds and even some macaws flying. It is a quite place so it is the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The only feedback is that it would be great to add a grater to the kitchen and that you will need to be careful with the house electric wiring system. We couldn't use the hairdryer supplied because it seems that we were going to lose the power. As a note, the listing states that there is a washing machine...
