'The property was great but some of the furnishings were not very good. 2 of the dinning room chairs and 2 of the island stools were extremely wobbly. One of the chairs even broke entirely under the weight of someone in my group. The bed, the toilet seat, and the bathroom sink were all very crookedly installed in the queen bedroom of my accommodation. The staff was quick to put my worries of possible charges for the broken chair to rest. No additional charges were made to me as of right now but i...

'Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful. '

'Better than expected that’s all I can say. Staff were pretty nice and kind, room was very clean, they have hot water and all the stuff that you need to make yourself home, they even have coffee and tea! There’s no dryer but that’s expected. 10/10 experience, will 100% go again.'
