'One star because the elevator fell down one floor while I was in it together with my partner. It stopped and we pressed the alarm button. After some time it started moving again and we could get out. We were both very scared by this. We told the staff but they didn’t do anything, not even closed the elevator. Besides this there were many more things wrong with the service at this hotel, but where overshadowed by this. I will update my post later with more details about the service.'

'The property is modern and well maintained. My room was lovely with some nice touches - a gramophone with records for background music. The staff is simply amazing. Everyone from Marcos to all the others go out of their way to serve. And are so friendly. Unlimited bottles of water made things convenient. I loved my stay here and will return with my family. '

"The room had enough space for the 3 of us. The cleaning every day was amazing. The walking distance to restaurants and the bus was close by. We enjoyed the calmness of the hotel. The pool was great but no so cozy."
