'Golf course proximity excellent. Living space very good. Bedrooms a little small. The only real complaint is having to use several portable fans to try to cool down the house. It could use air conditioning downstairs. Other than that it was good.'

'I stayed here with a high school girls mountain bike team. We had plenty of room for 7 teenage girls and 4 adult chaperones. The house was very clean and was exactly as described. The location was perfect for our group with the FUTS and Fort Tuthill so close. Phil, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Our stay was just perfect in every way. The house sits on a large lot with trees all around. Sitting on the front deck listening to the sound of the breeze whispering through the ponderosa pines was so relaxing and reminiscent of staying at a retreat. There are a few other properties nearby but it’s so quiet you’d hardly know. The house was exactly as listed, which is sometimes not the case with rentals. We found it to be clean and well stocked. 'I’ve stayed at this property the last two years in a row for my birthday and absolutely love it. It’s such a wonderful, cozy cabin-like house with beautiful surroundings that feel remote, while being only 10 minutes from downtown Flag. It’s fenced in so I feel comfortable letting my dog roam while I sit outside and read. The house has almost everything you need, so it makes packing easy. I’ll be back soon, hopefully for a longer stay! Highly recommend! '

'Beautiful home tucked away in the woods with great views yet still close to town! The game room downstairs is great. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. 'The property is excellent, spotlessly clean and a very comfortable place to stay. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, a short drive from Flagstaff centre. Communication was very efficient and the checkin process was simplicity itself. Andrew was at the property mowing the grass when we arrived. He gave us information about the area and some of the history of the house. I highly recommend staying at this property.'

'Nice spot, know this, the beds are covwred with inexpensive hospital grade mattress protectors, these cause excessive heat and make noise everytime you move. The downstairs bathroom was inoperable. The outside area was wonderful and we wish we could have enjoyed it.'
