'Goed hotel, wel wat ouder. Uiterst onvriendelijke receptie en niet gastvrij. Zijn veel beter gewend in Hamptons. '

'We had a great stay. The front desk staff were quite friendly, and the check-in procedure was seamless. The king suite in which we stayed was huge and spotless. The suite would be a great place for families who have multiple rooms to gather. There was that much room. Our only issue really was that the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. I generally don't mind a pool a bit on the cold side, but it was a little too cold for me. We did make use of the jacuzzi for a few minutes instead.'

'We were there on April 7th and the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead the heater went n and could not be turned off. The room temperature reached 80 degrees. No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point.'

'Vanaf het hotel is het ong een half uur rijden naar Graceland. Prima locatie, heel rustige buurt, iets buiten Memphis, tussen grasland en bomen. Erg ruime kamer, schoon en fris. Er zijn wasmachines en drogers vd gasten, voor 1 dollar, super makkelijk als je op doorreis bent. Veel restaurants in de buurt. Wij gingen naar een chinees buffet, goed betaalbaar en veel keus, ook sushi en sla met frietjes etc.'

'It’s nice and quiet. The room was clean except they forgot to clean the bathtub. I say that because it wasn’t 1 hair it was multiple including on faucet. And the bottom was dirty - they did hang a clean shower curtain. For the price it is very nice. Everything else was clean. There is a grill in the hotel. There is a nice size pool. 'Room was nice. Staff was courteous. Beds were very comfortable Only 2 issues really. Lights for indoor pool were not working. First night staff on hand left the pool open, our kids didnt mind as it was not pitch dark. 2nd night we came back at 620 pm specifically so the kids could have aĺl the time they wanted to spend at the pool but staff member closed it 2.5 hours early due to the lightng. 'Het hotel ligt vlakbij winkels en voelt veilig aan. Het hotel ligt op kwartier rijden van Downtown en Graceland. Parkeren is gratis voor en achter het hotel. Elke ochtend wordt er ontbijt geserveerd. In de warme producten variëren ze per dag. De kamer is ruim met een aparte zitgedeelte en een klein kitchenette. Zeer prettig hotel en beveel dit hotel ook zeker aan bij bezoek aan Memphis Downtown of Graceland.'

'The breakfast menu was very selective, hot, and tasteful. The room was clean and the staff was very professional and customer service oriented. The air conditioning was great in my room. I would highly recommend this hotel and certainly always pick it when I stay in the Memphis area.'
