Super leuke nette kamer voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kids. Ontbijt ook goed en uitgebreid. Novotels zullen wij zéker nog een keer willen bezoeken

Voor ons perfect!
Wij waren met onze dochters van 7 en 11. Grote kamers, ruimte genoeg voor 4! Dubbele ramen dus lekker stil in de kamer. Alles perfect! Goeie bedden, super badkamer met apparte douche, wc apparte ruimte, espresso machine, koelkast, tv lekker groot en HD kwaliteit! Uit checken standaard tot 12h. Ontbijt idd niet zo uitgebreid maar zeker voldoende! Lekker eitje spek erbij, geweldige koffie. Voor ons volgende keer zeker weer Novotel suites!

Personeel erg slecht te bereiken
Hotel shuttle was teleurstellend: na 12 uur reed hij niet meer, terwijl beloofd was dat hij tot 1 uur in de nacht zou rijden. We hebben een uur gewacht en daarna een taxi genomen. Hotel personeel/receptie was heel moeilijk te bereiken via telefoon. Eenmaal in het hotel aangekomen bleek onze kamer niet schoon gemaakt en we hadden nieuwe handdoeken nodig. Meerdere malen de receptie gebeld vanuit het hotel telefoon, maar geen antwoord. Ik de ochtend precies hetzelfde. Eenmaal iemand aan de lijn, werd ons beloofd dat er z.s.m. iemand met schone handdoeken langs zou komen. Dit gebeurde niet, nogmaals gebeld en na drie kwartier pas hebben we nieuwe handdoeken gekregen. Daarna nogmaals gebeld voor een strijkijzer, maar weer nam er niemand de telefoon op. Hierna heb ik het opgegeven. De kamers zien er overigens prima uit.

It was clean, but didn’t smell like it an old hotel... The bed was perfect The size of room and bathroom very good I was expecting an extra sofa bed, but didn’t get it only a sofa.

Pros: conveniently close to the airport (only 12 minutes away). Beds are nice, firm and clean. The bathroom and toilet are separate from each other, which is really convenient. Also cool that the shower and tubs are also separate. Great for families with small kids who can't shower just yet. Also, you don't have to wait for the bathroom when one is in use. We didn't eat at the buffet but there was one. The lobby looks cool to hang out in as they had a foosball. Close to the buses and public transportation venue. The room for a family of 4 was very spacious. Has air conditioner in the room. We stay one night with two teens and it was totally fine. More then one night might not be so great. Close to the mall. Walkable but we took an Uber as it was raining that day. Cons: There's really nothing around there, so I would only stay there if I wanted to be close to the airport to catch an early or coming in late. Don't take the airport shuttle if you have more than 3 people in your group. Uber charges less. You do have to book Uber the day you need it. If you reserve an Uber ride it's twice as much. Plus the shuttle can only drop you off at Terminal 1, so if your flight is at another terminal you will have to make the trek there. Uber will drop you off wherever you tell them to. They recently up their shuttle pricing. It was $3 but now it's $5 roundtrip...even if you only need it one way, it's still the $5 pp. Noisy if you have the window open, but sound proof if you have them clo

I wasn’t feel well and the restaurant at the hotel was very limited, not good for someone with an upset stomach. There really isn’t anywhere else close that is in safe walking distance (even though it was advertised that the mall was 15 minutes walk), it required crossing high traffic zones to get there. The GPS safe routine is actually a 2 hour walk.

Really enjoyed staying here.. it’s very nice and clean and the people are very nice as well. It is however 20 to 30 minutes away from downtown Paris, but less than 10 minutes away from the airport. So if you don’t mind getting an Uber to see the sites and shop, this place is perfect…

Positives. Very comfortable beds. Staff were generally helpful. Restaurant staff were good. Good storage places in room for bags. Negatives: Shuttle is useless. On way in, we landed at the start of a 4 hour break in service. No one told us until we called the hotel after wasting 2 hours of waiting for a non existent service. Shuttle is also 5 Euro per person when advertised was 3. On way back to airport, shuttle was full so had to take taxi at 30 Euro. So 30 Euro each way for an airport hotel. Nothing in area for food etc unless you have a car. Restaurant on site is not bad though and great staff. Although room pictures online are technically true, the quality of room and hotel are not as good as they seem. Strange steps in room. Next time if you factor in the cost of transport, you are much better off staying at the Marriott or other hotels with regular shuttle service at no extra cost, Alternatively the B&B and F1 hotels next door look about the same quality (minus the dodgy gym) and are 1/2 the price. I would not stay again and they should re-brand back to the Ibis budget.

For sure the location is near the airport, but you would not know it unless you look out the window or open it. Those eindows did their job keeping all the noise frombthe ground and air out of our room. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they smiled, which is nice being that i was a foreigner. I especially loved the covered parking, it came with a fee but well worth it, park your vehicle take the elvator right to your floor. It will be an option for lodging again.

Prise de clés pour la chambre, le réceptionniste murmurait, avec un environnement bruyant, la prise d'infos est compliquée. Concernant le petit déjeuner à 19€, on s'attend pour un 4 étoiles à un beau buffet complet est surtout garni et bien c'est pas le cas !! c'est dommage...

La chambre (suite) était spacieuse, propre avec frigidaire et micro onde. La literie et les oreillers étaient confortables. La navette pour aller à l'aéroport est très pratique et le prix est correcte (3 euros par personne).

Something happened to us with one of the people who serve at the bar, a woman who serves wanted to steal my mother's money back, if it is not because my husband told her what he should be returned the bartender kept 10 euros of my mother's money, the lady did not offer an apology.

The property was clean and staff were kind and polite. However, the breakfast was terrible, there was no many options for the food in the dundy restaurant. When i was booking the hotel on expedia it said that the shuttle transport from airport to the hotel was free but it wasn't free at all i had to pay 3€ per person which is the same as paying for a taxi.
