Zeer mooi hotel in het zakendistrict van Parijs je bent binnen 7 a 10 min met de metro in het centrum. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en het hotel is van alle gemakken verzien.

A weekend at Sofitel is like " Nike" : just do it
The hotel is a perfect stay to visit Paris : 5 star at good price in the weekend ,with th emetro station at 100 m... Hotel is clean, staff very helpful and friendly,room very good. Had a good time in Paris and enjoyed the stay at the hotel very much !

Een beetje over datum, vriendelijk personeel, handige metro verbinding, weg ernaar toe en omgeving niet aan te bevelen. Goed voor zakelijk gebruik als je toch in La Defence moet zijn., Heerlijke bedden!

Typisch zakenhotel. In een zakenbuurt. Maar wel tip tot in orde. Met stuk voor stuk attente medewerkers en een prachtig hotel. Ook het ontbijt mag er wezen. En inderdaad, men zit niet in het centrum. Maar de metro is om de hoek en in 5 minuten sta je midden op de Champs Elysée. Aanrader.

Het hotel is ontzettend netjes ingericht en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De hotelkamer was super mooi met een onwijs lekker bed en superschone badkamer. De metro is om het hoekje, je bent dus zo in het centrum van Parijs. Het hotel is zeer goed bevallen en zeker aan te bevelen!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was worried about accessing the hotel with taxi, but I called the hotel and they gave me the address which brings the taxi right to the hotel entrance. The staff was so polite and helpful. Room was spacious and beds were good-sized and comfortable. Loved the location with easy metro access and the square at night was lovely with a large fountain and views of the Arc and Eiffel tower. Sat outside near the fountain with a bottle of wine and watched the Eiffel tower light show at night. Will stay here again!

Great hotel for a few nights stay! From just outside the hotel you have a view of the Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe from a distance. Hotel is lovely inside, as is the surrounding area. Not a lot of options for food nearby but the hotel itself does have its own restaurant and offers room service. Overall had a great stay here and its distance from the very centre of the city is not a problem whatsoever considering how close the metro stop is and how easily accessible it is. One member of staff in particular, Valentine, made our stay all the more better. Couldn’t have been more pleasant to speak to and helped us massively when it came down to language difficulties.

We had an enjoyable experience. Location was nice and had a mall nearby with plenty of options for food as well as a main metro to the city. Amenities were nice too since shower essentials were provided along with slippers and robe.

My weeklong stay at Nest Stay in Paris left me with mixed feelings, as the experience fell short of the expected 5-star quality. Let's start with the check-in process, which was marred by frustrating delays. Despite arriving with anticipation, the prolonged wait left a negative first impression. The reception staff's demeanor further contributed to the disappointment. The service lacked the warmth and courtesy one would expect in a 5-star establishment. Unfortunately, encounters with the staff left me feeling unwelcome, and their overall attitude did not align with the hospitality standards associated with top-tier hotels. Moving on to the touted 5-star breakfast, it was underwhelming, to say the least. The variety and quality of offerings were not commensurate with the elevated status of the hotel. It left me yearning for a more refined and diverse culinary experience, which one typically anticipates in a 5-star setting. One of the most significant letdowns was the state of the rooms. Despite the promise of luxury, they lacked basic amenities that are considered standard in high-end accommodations. From missing toiletries to inadequate furnishings, the rooms failed to provide the comfort and convenience expected from a 5-star hotel. In summary, my stay at Nest Stay in Paris was marred by delays in check-in, a disappointing reception staff, an underwhelming breakfast experience, and rooms that did not live up to the basic standards of a 5-star establishment

The hotel is inaccessible by car. The area is in constant development which makes it really hard to find the hotel if you’re driving. There’s no “front door” so unless you’re by foot on a specific level in the area, it is almost impossible to know where you’re going and where to find it. Took us over an hour by car to finally find our way in. The staff didn’t help on the phone. They hang up on us basically saying: we can’t help you.

L'albergo si trova in una posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla metro 1 in una gigantesca area pedonale, senza lo stress del traffico permette di godere di un confortevole soggiorno a 5 stelle ma allo stesso tempo di tagliare l'intera città di Parigi in soli 19 minuti. Consigliatissimo.

Business district- beautiful hotel- not city cente
We waited approx 40 minutes past 3pm for our room after travelling 9 hours to get there. The place itself is beautiful but in the business distract so food places close early and it is not exactly right in the city center fortunately the train station is a 5 minute walk away. I would prefer a place closer to the city center. However the hotel itself is gorgeous! Great room service and well maintained. We wish we had been able to get to our room sooner seeing how we sat in the lobby for almost 3 hours waiting for a room to become available. A welcome drink or some more hospitality while we waited would have been nice!

Séjour au top, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner sensationnel. Situation géographique top. Petit bémol pour le restaurant non ouvert du vendredi soir au dimanche. Même si autour il y as ce qu'il faut a 10 min à pied.

Schlecht zu finden. Wir mussten Taxi Fahrer immer lotsen. Kein Parkplatz vorhanden nur öffentlicher Parkplatz. Gepäck wird nicht ins Zimmer gebracht. Es hat nichts mit 5 Stern hotel zu tun.

Literie très confortable, déco sympa bien qu'un peu d'une autre époque, mais la salle de bain.. pas terrible : joints de la douche jaunis voir un peu plus plus, marbre du tour de lavabo un peu fatigué, pression de la douche problématique.. Un très bon 4* en réalité, mais pas un 5* d'après moi.

At the face of it it seems to tick all boxes but the hotel isn't quite 5 star in terms of comfort and grace. Its set in a business district and all neighbouring eateries maintain business hours for most of weekend. Even the Starbucks which opens up within the hotel was found to be closed most of the evenings. The beds and pillows are not comfortable enough. Air conditioner is too ancient to allow suitable controls. As per the reception staff at the time of check-in, we were 'upgraded' to a deluxe room where as I had anyways booked a deluxe room. Nor was there a 'jug full of water' as per his response - instead just the normal tap water in the tea kettle. After the stay I have exchanged a few emails with the front office manager and have been informed that there were supposed to be water cans in the mini bar, replaced everyday. Now why would they not mention that ? Instead we were buying plastic bottles everyday, refilling from tap, doing same damage to climate that they wanted to avoid. Quite a few other glaring misses from the glorious list of amenities on their website. I would avoid this Hotel in future.

As our front office manager told you, there are cans of water in the mini bar, it is said upon check in and it is also displayed in the room and noted in our room directory on your room key. We are truly sorry that you did not get the information. You told our front office manager that the housekeeping brought you plastic bottles everyday which we do not have anymore in our hotel for obvious reasons but you are saying now that you bought them yourselves. Our tap water is also drinkable like everywhere in France. Très bel hôtel décoré avec goût. Points positifs : literie au top, la salle de bain est très belle, il y a juste assez de rangements, personnel agréable Petits bémols : nous avons voulu faire couler un bain mais il y avait une multitude de petites particules noires qui sortaient du robinet, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre même après avoir mis le chauffage au minimum et la climatisation
