Nice hotel, nice room. Close to metro station. Very friendly personnel. Good breakfast. Only downside was the fact you either had to shower at 38°C (for me that is cold) or have no pressure.

Klein maar fijn hotel!
Kleine kamer maar fijn modern hotel! Parkeergarage van hotel is erg smal met erin rijden maar aan de straat is het 50 per dag. Op zondag is het in de straat wel gratis parkeren.

Good location close to restaurants and Metro. The hotel is a little worn out and we god the room next to the reception and had the pleasure of noise from talk and doorbells. The people are nice and the breakfast ok. TV was not connected and room supplies was missing.

As expected for the price but expect no frills. The shower was small and cramped and the room felt shoehorned into the building, but overall clean with friendly staff. That said, for the price during the rugby world cup it was ok, but don’t overpay for this.

Fint og billigt hotel
2 voksne, 1 teenager og 1 preteen. Værelset var fint stort, dog var toilet og bruser meget lille og der var ikke meget tryk på vandet. Væggene var meget tynde og man kunne høre en del fra naboerne. Morgenbuffeten var indbydende. Hotellet er ikke særlig stort og man kan have svært ved at få en parkeringsplads.

Worst ibis Style
The hotel is located in an area that could use some improvement. While there are several restaurants nearby, only a few of them are family-friendly. The hotel itself feels small and outdated, and having just one small elevator can be inconvenient during busy times. During our one-night stay, we encountered some issues with cleanliness in the washroom; there was dirt, and only a partially used toilet paper roll remained. One staff member seemed to have multiple responsibilities, which may have affected their ability to maintain everything adequately. They were responsible for cleaning the lobby and other areas on the ground floor, as well as serving and preparing breakfast. The coffee machine was turned off in the evening, despite being told that free coffee would be available at all times. In contrast, our experiences at two other ibis style hotels on this trip (in Port de' Italie and Lyon) included free coffee in the lobby throughout the day. Additionally, the attitude of the cleaning staff came across as somewhat rude, which was disappointing. It seems like hiring an additional staff member could help improve the overall service and maintenance of the hotel. Overall, I believe that with some improvements in cleanliness, staff allocation, and amenities, the hotel could provide a better experience for its guests.

Um bom local para dormir uma noite curta.
O hotel está bem situado e cumpriu o objetivo de dormir uma noite curta, apesar de a terceira cama não ser muito confortável. O interior do quarto estava com sinais de degradação, a porta da parte da casa de banho onde se encontra a sanita estava partida, não permitindo fechar, o encaixe do cartão estava igualmente danificado, impedindo a sua colocação, felizmente a iluminação estava sempre ligada.

Meget fint hotel. Særligt til den pris. Og venligt personale. Dog var der lidt hist og her der var gået i stykker/ikke fungerede, morgenmaden var lidt sølle, der var meget lydt på værelset (det føltes som om man lå på gaden OG inde i værelset ved siden af) og så ligger hotellet lige 2-300 meter inde i den meget skumle del af området. Hold jer fra Metro-stoppet Porte de Clignancourt! Meget utrygt.

Excellent hotel in regards to the room, staff and food. Location not so. If travelling with a family into Gare Du Nord its a 30min walk or a 30euro taxi. Metro is close although not pushchair friendly, lots of stairs, lifts if any out of order. Happy to stay there again maybe not as a family trip.

Rooms were small but clean and the decor was nice. The storage could have been better as there was not a lot of room to hang up clothes. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the location was good as there was a metro and restaurants nearby.

Murs en carton, très bruyant
Habitué des Ibis Styles, celui-ci me paraissait joli. Il l'est c'est vrai mais l'expérience a été très très décevante pour moi : j'ai réservé une chambre double, on m'a donné une triple avec une simple porte comme séparation. La pièce à côté a été louée et je pouvais entendre la conversation comme si la personne était dans ma chambre. On m'a transféré à ma demande dans une autre chambre, plus petite (avec un remboursement de 15€😁) et à côté de l'ascenseur en me précisant que c'était la dernière, destinée à la dernière personne pas encore arrivée (qui donc aura la chambre familiale que j'avais déjà utilise pendant 1h). La nuit a été sans sommeil pour moi car entre l'ascenseur, l'escalier et les voisins bruyants...plus jamais...

Nous ne pouvons en effet a l'heure ou vous avez changé de chambre refaire le ménage de manière intégrale de celle ci.Effectivement, le remboursement qui vous a été fait correspond à la différence de tarif entre une chambre single et double. No room for luggage. No coffee making equipment and toilet paper was like sandpaper. Shower was tiny with no pressure and could not control a/c. Never again
