Mooie super omgeving en locatie, slecht personeel.
Toen wij aankwamen bij het hotel wat in een prachtige luxe buurt ligt. Stonden er 2 super arrogante dames achter de balie die ons in hun eigen taal aan het uitlachen waren maar ons ook absoluut geen info wouden verschaffen. ik had de Privé welness gereserveerd voor de verjaardag van mijn vriendin maar heb deze om de houding van de dames onmiddellijk gecanceld, ik had een kamer geboekt op de 1ste verdieping maar de dames hebben ons een kamer op de 5e etage gegeven. , verder is de kamer minder luxe als op de foto's,,, de locatie is wel ECHT prachtig een welvarende nette schone buurt met mooie restaurantjes en de Eiffeltoren vlakbij !

Great hotel in the 16th arrondissement
This hotel is located in the elegant 16th arrondissement; nearby the Eiffel Tower and therefore on a good spot. A relatively quiet and open neighbourhood with beautiful Parisian residences. The room where we stayed was small, but sufficient, and equipped with everything you need during your stay. Some paint and repairs could come in place to improve to room and damaged furniture. The spa (with pool, sauna and steam cabin) are an advantage. Breakfast is okay, but not that extensive.

Goed hotel, maar verbetering is wenselijk
Helaas bij aankomst te horen gekregen dat auto te groot was om in P-garage ander hotel te parkeren. Ik moest maar een openbare ruimte (dubbele kosten!) zoeken. Bleek uiteindelijk wel te lukken. Borg € 200 cash was niet bekend. We mochten niet eerder inchecken, dus eerst naar pinautomaat. Douchedeur lekte hopeloos waardoor iedere keer dweilen. Voor de rest prima hotel, goed gelegen vlak bij de Seine in rustige straat. Ontbijt van €18 pp is echt veel te veel.

Heerlijk trendy hotel, prijs/kwaliteit super. Vriendelijk personeel, heel mooie kamers, fantastische douche, mooi zwembad, sauna... Trendy bar met lounge muziek en lekkere cocktails. Op wandelafstand van Eiffeltoren. Aanrader!

Alarme incendie qui sonne à 8h du matin et travaux bruyant à 8h30 durant près d’une heure … pas top pour se reposer et dormir. Seul geste de la part du personnel 1h de spa à valoir sur une prochaine réservation mais il n’y aura pas de prochaine réservation !

C’est hôtel, bien placé au centre de Paris. Le quartier est tranquille, l’hôtel fait relais colis, SPA. Ma chambre étaient très propre et refaite tous les jours. Même mon balconnet a été nettoyé durant mon séjour(1semaine). Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Le personnel de jour très bien, celui de nuit n’a pas été disponible pour nous ouvrir la porte. Obligé d’attendre 10mn dehors. Le spa n’était pas très propre et défectueux car certains gets d’eau ne fonctionnaient pas.

J’ai apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très agréable, le quartier calme, le métro est proche, le rer c a 10 minutes de marche. Le spa est très agréable, attention juste à renouveler les bougies ça apporte vraiment un petit plus 😁.

This property was in a beautiful area and it was walking distance from several stores and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The only complaint that I have is that after day 1 of my stay, the air went out and it was very warm in the room. My husband had to put in a notification twice but it was handled shortly afterwards. The other issue is that the sink was stopped up and it was reported but never resolved. We were still able to deal with it. All in all, this was a beautiful hotel and it was very comfortable and I wouldn't mind staying again. The themed artwork in the lobby, the hallway on each floor and each room was absolutely beautiful!

This is an adorable, modern boutique hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are small but well appointed. It’s a short walk to the metro station and two blocks from the Seine with a great view of the Eiffel Tower.

It is a 4 stars hotel but condition is like a 2 stars in Canada and US. They did not have a iron inside my room. I had to ask them. They brought for me an old iron that made colours on my clothes. The taxi that I reserved by hotel while online checking, did not appeared. But they charged me 8 euro down payment in advanced. I had to go with another taxi from airport. I asked the receptionist to refund my money. She tried het best and she was very nice snd polite. Finally I got my refund email. But the taxi service was refused to return it back at the begining. With my insist and her effort, I finally got email for refund. Staffs are very nice and polite. Cleaning was good. Overal was good experience.

Hello Mrs Ryan,First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing our boutique hotel for your stay.We are sorry that our hotel and services did not live up to your expectations. Our standard is that of a 4-star hotel (French, that's true :) ), a classification which was renewed last May and which we validated with dignity. We always have an iron in every room, but we can provide one on request. All our irons are in very good condition and are checked regularly and replaced if necessary. No feedback was received on this subject during your stay.We are very sorry if this happened. Concerning your taxi booking, you booked a taxi for a pick-up at CDG airport on the day of your arrival. The taxi waited for you at your meeting point and tried to reach you several times without success. The taxi stayed there for more than 3 hours while you waited and you did not show up at the meeting point. Finally, you took a taxi yourself from the airport. We contacted the taxi company booked online, which had already blocked the sum for your journey, in order to request a refund on an exceptional basis, as the establishment was unable to help you because the confirmation with all the details of your taxi booking and the exchanges with the driver etc. were done directly by yourself and we had no details. After several reminders and efforts on the part of our team, the taxi company exceptionally agreed to reimburse you even though the taxi had arrived and was waiting for you. We are pleased to have been able to help and that our efforts are appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you back and ensuring your satisfaction.
