Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, this beautiful apartment includes:

- 10 minutes walk from Montmartre.

For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "Franprix" is just 2 minutes walk.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is located north of Paris and includes the districts of La goutte d'Or and Montmartre. The latter is one of the highest hilltops in Paris and the view from the top is worth the trip. The church of the Sacré-Coeur, Bastion of the Commune in the nineteenth century, Montmartre then became the neighborhood of many artists such as Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic islands to a bourgeois sector or the opposite. The Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many very nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a certain dynamism and respectability.
