Ruime, mooie, nette en schone kamer met goed toegeruste kitchenette. Je moet alleen door een slechte straat om bij het hotel te komen en vervolgens door oude en lelijke gangen (vieze vloerbedekking!) om bij je kamer te komen. Dat geeft toch een minder gevoel. Ik had gevraagd om twee kamers naast elkaar, maar helaas kregen we een kamer op de tweede en een kamer op de vierde verdieping. Ik kreeg niet de indruk dat iemand er zijn best voor had gedaan.

Hotel zelf was niet zo speciaal, maar de kamer was top. Heerlijk bed, genoeg kastruimte, ruime badkamer, keukentje met servies en een werkende airco. Top!

Geen nieuwe handdoeken in 5 dagen. Geen prullenbakken die geleegd worden op de kamer. Zelfs op 1 avond/nacht geen warm water. Bed was ontzettend hard, met een kuil in het midden.

Prima verblijf, komen zeker terug!
Prima verblijf en ondanks enkele ‘maren’ zijn we toch heel tevreden. Fijn dat er een parkeergarage is, goed uitgerust keukentje. Wel een koffiezetmachine maar geen waterkoker, maar die namen we van thuis mee. Wel karig als je voor een verblijf van vier nachten, slechts twee bad- en handdoeken krijg. Voor € 6 kun je een extra handdoek ‘krijgen’ of eigenlijk ‘huren’! Ook geluidsoverlast door groepjes Afrikaanse jongemannen, gelukkig gingen we hele dagen de stad in. Ondanks dat, komen we zeker terug!

Erg fijn hotel
Het was een heel fijn verblijf en ik heb verder geen klachten of opmerkingen. Het personeel was altijd heel vriendelijk en we hebben enorm genoten van onze kamer en de omgeving. Daarnaast was het personeel enorm behulpzaam toen wij onze trein hebben gemist. We moesten hierdoor helaas een paar uur in het hotel wachten om de volgende bus te pakken naar Nederland. We zijn heel goed opgevangen door het personeel en voorzien van water en warme chocolademelk. Dit vond ik heel attent van het personeel.

The hotel is quiet but not close to public transportation and the neighbourhood is dark at night. They charge extra 50 euros that they block frim the account claiming it will be refunded upon checkout. However, it is been 16 days since I checked out and nothing was refunded yet! The heating is central and rooms temperatures are not controllable from within the room for financial reasons. After a shower, the room feels cold without any possibility to change the temperature. One night there was not even hot water, but they said it was a technical error that was fixed the next day. The towels and bed spreadsheets are changed only once per week so they were not changed at all during my 7 nights stay! To get a change they propose extra fees. The room is cleaned once per week only as well. The machine to check lugguage weight was not working and it took the money twice without giving any results. Yet I was not refunded because there is no possibility to solve any problems at night for the manager is not there. Finally, the kitchen has a terrible sound all the time. At the beginning, it is disturbing then you get used to it somehow. This cannot be fixed either!

It was horrible Not clean Reception lies. I called them and asked about the AC and they promised to fix which they didnt. They dont clean if you book for 1-6 days😖 stinky hotel.

Checkin was smooth but I was shocked that it was shared bathrooms 😳. The bathroom needed to be cleaned more regularly (though they did clean a few times throughout day) but for a shared facility much more is needed. That was quite unpleasant. In addition the sheets were thin & cheap.

It was a nice apartment with hall and big bathroom, closet and small kitchen. We arrived after long trip finally at 2pm, but they said there would be no room available, which kinda torred our plans, but we could leave our luggage in a separate room. I had to put a deposit 50€, which had been nowhere stated before. Friday night there stood tea, coffee, breads to take, which was very much appreciated. The metro is ca. 15 Min. walk, the bus line is not going from that street anymore, so another walk ca. 10 Min., ca. 30 Min. until city center.

El hotel muy bien, solo que no hacen limpieza de la habitación cuando es un hotel, te cobran extra y hay que dejar depósito en garantía que tampoco lo mencionan antes de tu llegada. Todo lo demás está muy bien

The neighborhood is okay. The hotel is not nearby a metro station, but you can come there by bus. The hotel is also close to a local train network station (RER). There are supermarkets and local bakery's. The hotel has a garage where you can leave your car if you pay a fee. The hotel offers breakfast for an additional fee.

Friendly welcome to a good sized clean room.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful just what you need on arrival. The room was clean and a good size as was the bathroom and kitchen area. The only reason for not giving excellent throughout was that some of the decor was a bit tired and the bed a bit too firm. Other than that a good base for visiting Paris and relatives.

Before we arrived at thz peoprety an extra charge of 122€ was withdrawed from the card while we have choosen clearly the method "pay at the property " and nothing mentioned that 122 € in advance will be withdrawed from my card . Arriving at the property we paid the total sum in cash and they said this 122€ is a form of deposit of insurance to confirm the booking and will be returned to us once we leave .... After leaving now post 3 weeks and they still didnt return the sum of 122€ ! While staying at the property the sink overfloaded with water and there was a major plumbery problem it was friday night ,they said they dont have maintenance the week end so we stayed 3 days with a bathroom we cant use ! It was the only bathroom so we didnt had a bathroom to use and we tried to ask them several time to repear it but no one came . Also they mentioned that they have ironing utilities upon request and of course after requesting they have had none ! Customer service very very bad ,and they dont communicate at all !!! The worst stay i have ever had in my life and still they didnt return the 122 € unexplained charge !

La propreté , calme, insonorisation Pas la possibilité de faire de la monnaie à la réception pour pouvoir consommer à tout heure aux distributeurs. Really?
Hotel is nice but. Thermostat in the room is not adjustable so if you’re feeling to hot open the window but if you feeling cold nothing you can do about it. So we stayed 5 days there and never open the window once. Nice considering that you can’t even open the window while you preparing a meal, I mean you can open it and freeze but then you’re unable to turn heating on so… No vent system in the toilet and also don’t matter which water temperature you choose, it will be keep going hotter and colder at all time. If you using more then 1 pillow to sleep, bring your own as apparently there are no extra pillows (not even by pay for it) in the entire building! Small thing that on a 5 days stay make the different. So far I don’t think we will ever be back at the adagio Clichy!
