Landhuizen in Parijs

'Booked a room last minute for 2 nights for a hockey tournament. Seeing the Wyndham name thought it was going to be decent. Front desk guy smelled of alcohol. Should have been my first clue to leave. Reluctantly stayed one night as we arrived late in the evening and had my 3 young girls with me that neede to go to bed. Entire building smelled like marijuana. Dogs barking in room next to us. Bathroom was in disrepair, Toilet seat not attached to toilet! Heater/AC unit not functioning...

'Our stay was so great, that we booked it another night. We never had a failed trip at Turning Stone. Our itinerary when we come is chill by the pool, play at the casino and just chill, and we get to do that. We come from Kahnawake QC, Canada to visit. We book every year when Syracuse Nationals come up in July!'

'For the most part, the staff was great! The rooms were huge and clean. The pool had plenty of clean towels. Bathrooms were stocked with clean towels etc. I did not like the sliding door on the bathroom- no lock. Plenty of lights, outlets, and charging ports in the rooms. Also tons of storage in the rooms. The shelves and closet made it easy to keep organized. Kitchenette was perfect. No stove, but microwave.... endless coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. The breakfast had a lot of good stuff -...

'Everything was good but the room being cleaned on a regular basis, stayed 11 days and room was cleaned up twice, after being told it would be done every other day either a “refresher “ of a full cleaning, after three days we had to call because the trash cans were both overflowing, then three days later had to call again to have the beds changed that hadn’t been changed at all , but because the hose from a cpap machine was laying on the bed they couldn’t change sheets. But offered to come back...

'Manager not there when I tried to check in at 11pm. He showed up fifteen minutes later. Was charged extra $100 stated it will be returned but hasn't yet. Room was freezing even though we turned the heater on. Never warmed up the room Bed was comfortable and managed to keep us warm. '
