'Het huis heeft alles wat je wensen kan, zeer goed uitgerust. Groot en van alle gemakken voorzien, mooier dan op de foto’s, eigenaar zeer vriendelijk. Fijn terras met schaduw of zon, wat je wilt. Goede wifi, mooie badkamer en goed bed. Ligt een beetje afgelegen, klein half uur rijden naar alghero.'

'Abgelegenes Mehrfamilienhaus mit spektakulärer Sicht über das Meer inclusive fantastischer Sonnenuntergänge, aber trotzdem nah an Algheo (10min + steiler Zufahrtsstraße). Wunderschöne Stadt mit allem was man braucht. Für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet, da der Einstieg zum Meer sehr steil ist. Aber sonst hat es exklusiv ein SUP und Kanu sowie tolle Schnorchel und Schwimmmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung und Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, genug Geschirr etc, Reinigungsmittel… Mr Matteo ist jederzeit...

'Location was great for the city of Fertilia. 15 minute drive to Alghero. Beautifully decorated with the owners personal artwork. Farmers market on Saturday for clothes and other items like CHEESE. Location being walkable for restaurants in Fertilia so you don’t need to deal with all the cars and traffic in Alghero. Be aware of parking- not a lot of it and I apparently parked in a ZTL zone. Cost me 30 euros. Lastly owner was quick to respond to our questions and needs.'

'It was a pretty nice place, quiet location and a nice house. Unfortunately lots of mosquitoes all day and night, so we couldnt really sit outside. Even with the bugscreens, we'd have mosquitoes. Not sure if it was because of the countryside or not but there seem to be a lot of them on the island. The garbage situation is something to get used to. You have to seperate 5 different kinds of trash, no problem, but then there are no bins in the house and garbage bags are not delivered. So you find...

'The property is well maintained and the views are absolutely fantastic. We could not enjoy the outdoor area because of the weather but we still enjoyed it. Our hosts Vittorio and Andrea were amazing and always made sure our stay was enjoyable. They even got us a gift box with thr best pastries I've had in my life!'
