'Het huis heeft alles wat je wensen kan, zeer goed uitgerust. Groot en van alle gemakken voorzien, mooier dan op de foto’s, eigenaar zeer vriendelijk. Fijn terras met schaduw of zon, wat je wilt. Goede wifi, mooie badkamer en goed bed. Ligt een beetje afgelegen, klein half uur rijden naar alghero.'

'Abgelegenes Mehrfamilienhaus mit spektakulärer Sicht über das Meer inclusive fantastischer Sonnenuntergänge, aber trotzdem nah an Algheo (10min + steiler Zufahrtsstraße). Wunderschöne Stadt mit allem was man braucht. Für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet, da der Einstieg zum Meer sehr steil ist. Aber sonst hat es exklusiv ein SUP und Kanu sowie tolle Schnorchel und Schwimmmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung und Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, genug Geschirr etc, Reinigungsmittel… Mr Matteo ist jederzeit...

'Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden eine Woche an diesem magischen Ort. Daniela hat und herzlich begrüßt. Das Haus ist so liebevoll gestaltet, sogar ein wunderschöner Weihnachtsbaum war da. Der Ausblick ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern.Das Grundstück ist riesig und hat einen schönen Pool.Danke Daniela und Mauro !'

'It was a pretty nice place, quiet location and a nice house. Unfortunately lots of mosquitoes all day and night, so we couldnt really sit outside. Even with the bugscreens, we'd have mosquitoes. Not sure if it was because of the countryside or not but there seem to be a lot of them on the island. The garbage situation is something to get used to. You have to seperate 5 different kinds of trash, no problem, but then there are no bins in the house and garbage bags are not delivered. So you find...

'Villa Laura ist ein vernachlässigter Schatz. Traumhafte Alleinlage und wunderschöner Aussenbereich. Das Haus selbst ist offensichtlich seit Jahren nicht mehr auf Stand gebracht worden: Warmwasser funktionierte nur zeitweise, Steckdosen hingen aus der Wand, Kochgeschirr verkratzt und verkalkt, Geschirr und Gläser schmutzig und völlig verkalkt. Der Mietpreis von fast 300 pro Tag ist völlig überzogen.Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war höchst unbefriedigend, auf unsere Nachrichten kamen nur...

'Pros: Der Blick ist wirklich von überall toll. Die Betten sind richtig gut. Im ganzen Haus ist alles ordentlich. Cons: Die Küche ist von der Ausstattung echt mies. Keine Küchenmesser, kein Schäler, keine Kaffeetassen, nur ein kleines Schneidebrett. Der Wasserhahn ist lose und fällt ständig um. Die Mikrowelle ist ein altes, seltsam riechendes Gerät und es gibt nur eine 100 Jahre alte nicht funktionierende Spülmaschine. Also schön alles von Hand spülen. :('
