« Just got back from a stay at Hotel Excelsior in the Dolomites and honestly, it was perfect. The sauna area was really nice and relaxing after a day out exploring. Food was excellent across the board, from the breakfast spread to the salad buffet at dinner. They’ve got a solid wine list, great coffee, and every meal came with a view that made you want to linger a little longer. The staff were super friendly and made everything feel easy and relaxed. « This hotel is fantasic. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. The rooms are very up to date and the mountain views are spectacular. The dinner we had was exquisite. The only issue we had is a church bell. That thing goes off all night and it's loud. I'm not too bothered by that stuff, but my wife slept poorly even with earplugs. Parking there is great. It's free and there is plenty of space. »

« Chambre petite, pas de baignoire, seulement une douche, pas du pratique pour une chambre avec un enfant, surout par rapport au prix. Pas de choix pour le menu du soir au Restaurant et très cher pour ce que c'est, surtout en Italie. ET surtout pas de menu enfant. Mon fils n'a rien voulu mangé Bref cet hotel n'a pas du tout un bon rapport qualité/prix à tous les points de vue. »
