'I recently stayed at this hotel in Montreal, and while the location was fantastic—right near all the major attractions—the decor was also impeccable; everything looked stunning. However, there were some issues. First, the bed they provided had hair on it—clearly from the previous guest—so it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. 'The place was large with the bedrooms on opposite sides. We didn't cook but the option was there. We did take advantage of the silverware and plates though. A little worn around the edges but still cute and comfortable. Perfect location to the Metro and it is very walkable to nice restaurants and a grocery store. I would rent it again!'

'Stayed for two nights to explore Montreal. Everything is in walking distance or you can easily get on the bus or metro. Room was clean and comfortable beds. We received parking as part of the Gold status which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is becoming a rarity these days. Would recommend this hotel. '

'Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...
