'The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. 'We stayed a week here. Really quick walk to marina and the beach. Quick walk to Walmart for odds and ends as well. Really just a great location.
